Trial and contact forms collect the fields shown on the form, including contact details, device information and your message. They are used to review the request and provide the support you ask for.
Technical processing
The website and its infrastructure process technical request information needed to deliver pages, protect forms and diagnose failures. Do not include passwords, identity documents or complete payment-card details in a message.
Contact and checkout choices
Direct contact details are requested when you press the relevant button. Choosing a plan opens a separate checkout, where its displayed payment and privacy information applies. External services process requests under their own policies.
Ask about your information
Use the contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Include enough context to locate your request, without adding unnecessary sensitive data.
