Confirm the correct app first
Tell support your model and operating system. The team will confirm the appropriate player and installation route. Similar app names are not proof of a connection to this service.
Integrated VPN where supported
Our player includes VPN functionality on supported platforms. Availability depends on the player version and device. It does not create viewing rights or guarantee access to every source.
Keep access details private
Enter the server, username and password exactly as supplied, or use the authorised playlist format. Do not put full playlist URLs into public forums or screenshots: they can contain credentials.
A player is not a channel package
Third-party players and the IPTV Cat free-list directory are separate products. Buying a player licence does not automatically activate our subscription. Use the trial to confirm the full setup.
