Find the model and operating system
Open the television settings and note the model number and software version. Samsung Tizen, LG webOS and Android TV use different app stores. A brand name alone is not enough to identify a compatible app.
Confirm the player
Ask support which player works with that model. Install it from the confirmed source and check any separate licence fee. Our player and its VPN are available only on supported platforms.
Enter access details carefully
Use the sign-in method supplied for your trial. Check server spelling and accidental spaces. If you were given an M3U link, use the playlist field rather than a username field.
Complete a viewing test
Check live TV, a movie, audio, subtitles and EPG time. Try your usual viewing time and compare Ethernet if Wi-Fi is unstable. Send the model and error text if you need help.
