EPG and catch-up are separate
EPG displays scheduled programmes. Catch-up allows selected past programmes to play when the channel and server support it. A visible schedule does not mean every programme can be replayed.
Check the device clock
Set the correct local time zone and automatic clock where appropriate. Then check the player guide settings. Compare a current programme with the channel before applying a manual offset.
Refresh without deleting everything
Use the player guide-refresh option if available. A provider can update a schedule separately from the stream. If only one channel lacks data, report that channel rather than resetting the whole device.
Test replay controls
During the trial, choose a channel with confirmed catch-up and test a recent programme. Availability, replay window and seek controls can vary.
