Use a trusted player source
Choose a compatible player confirmed by support and download it from its official publisher or app store. Desktop players differ in EPG, catch-up and subtitle features.
Choose the correct input
A playlist URL belongs in the playlist or network-stream input. Server credentials require a player that supports that login method. An app does not create a subscription by itself.
Check the whole experience
Test several channels, one movie, audio output and subtitle selection. If external speakers are involved, compare built-in audio to narrow down a problem.
Protect the playlist
M3U links can contain your username and password. Do not paste them into public validators or screenshots. Give support the error message and device information instead.
