Identify the platform
Record the device model and Android version. Android TV, Google TV and a phone can have different player interfaces and app availability.
Install a compatible player
Use the route confirmed by support and check the app publisher. Ask whether our player and integrated VPN are supported on your model. A third-party licence may be separate.
Add your subscription
Use the provided server credentials or authorised playlist format. Keep passwords and complete playlist URLs private. Save the profile under a name you recognise.
Check before settling in
Test live and on-demand playback, remote navigation and programme time. If a format has no sound, report the device and player rather than repeatedly replacing credentials.
